Terms & Conditions - Verdant Peptide Research

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of the Verdant Peptide website and purchases from Verdant Peptide. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping & Returns, Payment, and Research Use policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, legally able to enter a binding agreement, and provide accurate account, contact, delivery, and intended-use information.

3. Research-use restriction

Products are sold exclusively for lawful in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. They are not for human or veterinary consumption or administration and are not offered for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease. Verdant Peptide does not provide medical, clinical, or dosing advice.

You are responsible for appropriately trained personnel, suitable facilities, safe handling and storage, and compliance with laws, institutional requirements, safety information, and product documentation.

4. Product information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and prices. Minor visual differences may occur and errors may be corrected. Batch-specific documentation takes precedence over general site information where applicable.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may verify customer details, intended use, destination, stock, payment arrangements, and legal or carrier requirements.

We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, prohibited use, inaccurate information, error, destination restriction, failed confirmation, inability to arrange COD, or another legitimate compliance reason. Amounts already collected for a cancelled order will be appropriately refunded.

6. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, duties, VAT, sales or use tax, brokerage charges, and other fees may be added or payable separately. COD is available only where shown at checkout and supported by the carrier. International COD may require manual approval or another payment arrangement.

7. Shipping and imports

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. International customers are responsible for destination-law compliance and duties, VAT, customs, brokerage, and import charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

8. Returns

Return eligibility, damaged-order claims, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy. No product should be returned without written authorization.

9. Intellectual property and prohibited conduct

Verdant Peptide brand elements and original site content may not be commercially copied without permission. You may not interfere with the site, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, place orders for unlawful purposes, or use products contrary to the Research Use Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or suitability for an undisclosed or prohibited purpose. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Verdant Peptide is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the site, products, shipping delays, prohibited use, or failure to follow documentation. Aggregate liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid to Verdant Peptide for that order, except where prohibited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Tennessee law and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through contact@verdantpeptide.com. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules are not waived.
