Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is the initial payment method offered by Verdant Peptide. COD is available only where it is displayed at checkout and supported by the destination carrier.
Orders may require email or telephone confirmation before dispatch. A customer who repeatedly refuses delivery or submits unverifiable order information may lose access to COD ordering.
International orders
International COD is not guaranteed. Orders to European destinations will be reviewed manually. Verdant Peptide may request an alternative payment arrangement or cancel the order when the carrier cannot collect payment at delivery.
Shipping and import charges
The customer remains responsible for shipping fees and, for international orders, all applicable customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and import charges. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, those destination charges are not included in the Verdant Peptide order total.
