Shipping destinations and rates
Verdant Peptide currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States and Europe.
- United States: $20 USD flat-rate shipping per order
- Eligible European destinations: $50 USD flat-rate shipping per order
Availability is determined at checkout and remains subject to product restrictions, carrier service, customs rules, and destination law. We may contact the customer for more information or cancel and refund an order that cannot legally or reliably be delivered.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed after payment arrangements and order details are confirmed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, refusal, or failure to collect may be charged where permitted.
European customs and import charges
Customers outside the United States must confirm that products may be lawfully imported, possessed, and used at the destination. Import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, customs charges, and other destination charges are not included in the flat shipping rate and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Verdant Peptide is not responsible for customs delays, holds, refusals, seizures, or destruction. A refund is not guaranteed where a shipment is refused or confiscated because destination requirements were not satisfied.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Email contact@verdantpeptide.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, and affected products. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Returns
Do not return products without written authorization. Unopened, unused, sealed products may be eligible for return when requested within 14 days of delivery. Unless an item was incorrect, damaged in transit, or confirmed defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and carrier fees are normally non-refundable.
Opened products, products with broken or altered seals, improperly stored materials, final-sale items, and unauthorized returns are not eligible.
Refunds and replacements
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. For COD orders, Verdant Peptide will arrange an appropriate refund method after verification. We may provide a replacement, credit, or refund for a verified damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective item.
